Refund policy

A 30-day return policy applies. This allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to ship the package. Products sent back before requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and address it appropriately.


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, fresh flowers, plants, etc.), customized items (special orders, personalized products, etc.), and hygiene products (beauty items, etc.). Returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. If you have questions about specific products, please contact us.

We regret that sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.


Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.


14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return it within 14 days for any reason without providing justification. As above, the product must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
