📦 About Shipping Methods
🇯🇵 Customers within Japan
Carrier: Sagawa Express
DigiBox ships promptly from within Japan. Typically, orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation and delivered in about 2–5 days.
How to track: After your order is shipped, we will send the Sagawa Express tracking number by email. Please check via the Sagawa Express tracking service.
🌏 International Customers
Carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
DigiBox’s international shipments are delivered quickly using international couriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Typically, delivery takes 5–10 business days after dispatch (varies by region).
How to track: After your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number and carrier name. You can check the tracking status on each carrier’s official website.

We will send an email containing the tracking number within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not receive the email, please check the following:
