❓ 1. What is DigiBox?

DigiBox is an Android-powered smart TV box/stick device that lets you watch live TV and video on demand (VOD) on your big screen via internet connection, run apps, play games, cast photos and videos, and more - making it the perfect alternative to pay TV.

❓ 2. Why should you choose DigiBox?

It offers over 2,000 live channels and over 30,000 VOD titles. It features the Android TV system, Google Play, and voice remote control, providing an easy-to-use and stable streaming experience. It also supports regular updates.

❓ 3. Is there a monthly fee or subscription required?

No! Buy once and enjoy all the features at no extra cost. No hidden fees.

❓ 4. What internet speed is required?

For a comfortable experience, we recommend an internet speed of 30Mbps or higher. If you wish to watch in 4K, we recommend a connection of at least 25Mbps and an HDMI-compatible display.

❓ 5. How do I connect the DigiBox? Can I use it with an older TV?

Setup is simple: just connect the HDMI cable to your TV and turn it on. It can be used with any display that has an HDMI input port. Older TVs can be supported using an HDMI to AV conversion adapter (resolutions of 720p or higher are recommended).

Normally, the device will automatically check for updates when it starts up and prompt you to update the firmware. To manually reset the device, go to "Settings → Device Settings → Reset" to restore it to its factory settings.

❓ 7. Is there a warranty? What about repairs and after-sales support?

The hardware comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase (free repair/replacement for natural failures and malfunctions only). Repairs are available for a fee even after the warranty period. Support is available via LINE or email.

Yes, the DigiBox can be used internationally, particularly in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, North America, and Europe. Different voltage environments may require adapters or multi-plugs.
